Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Jackets that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup or alterations cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Need a different size? We’re happy to arrange a size exchange, subject to availability.
How to start a return
Email us at support@buyjacket.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
